1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kaliban ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

kaliban is a threat intelligence platform that provides domain and IP investigation, indicator aggregation, infrastructure analysis, and related security research tools.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its underlying services
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Redistribute threat intelligence data obtained from the Platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and its original content are the property of kaliban. Threat intelligence data aggregated from third-party sources remains subject to those sources' respective terms and licenses.

6. Data Accuracy

Threat intelligence data is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying information before taking action based on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kaliban shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on threat intelligence data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
